Ingredients

16 oz lazagna noodles

1 lb ground beef

# ?? eggs

salt and pepper to taste

16 oz spaghetti sauce- might need more

1 clove garlic, minced

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

16 oz ricotta cheese
-
grated parmesan
-
oregano, basil and parsley
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and lightly spray a 9 x 13 pan.

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Add pasta and cook for 8- 10 minutes. Drain.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef and season with salt and pepper. Drain.

Stir in spaghetti sauce and garlic and simmer 5 minutes.

Combine mozzarella, cheddar, ricotta, oregano, basil and parsley in a medium bowl.

In the 9 X 13 pan, alternate layers of noodles, meat mixture, and cheese mixture until pan is filled.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Top with grated parmesan. Let sit for a few minutes before cutting.
