Baked Corn


Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour (GF)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 can milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake 350 for less than an hour for a small casserole but more than an hour for a large casserole.
  3. If tripling the recipe, raise the temp and also bake longer- at least 1 1/2 hours or more. Could also make 2 pans to quicken cook time.
