Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients

  • 16 oz macaroni
  • 16 oz Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 16 oz Colby cheese, cubed
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 stick of butter, cut into slices
  • 16 oz milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spray crockpot if not using a baking bag.
  2. Layer 1/3 of the macaroni in bottom.
  3. Layer half the cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
  4. Repeat, ending with last 1/3 of macaroni on top.
  5. Pour milk over mixture.
  6. Cook on low for about 4 hours. Stir midway through time.
