Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb small baby red potatoes, cut in half
- 4 large cloves garlic, sliced
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- oregano, basil, and parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray.
- Place the potatoes and garlic in a bowl. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add herbs. Stir.
- Bake 40- 50 minutes.
