Roasted Potatoes


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb small baby red potatoes, cut in half
  • 4 large cloves garlic, sliced
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oregano, basil, and parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray.
  3. Place the potatoes and garlic in a bowl. Toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add herbs. Stir.
  6. Bake 40- 50 minutes.
