1 (16 oz) package Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (LATER)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and salt.

Line a 9 X 13 pan. Spray. Spoon brussel sprouts into pan.

Roast in oven, shaking every 5 minutes, until crispy and fork tender- about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Roast an addition minute to melt cheese.
