Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup pesto
- 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Spread on bottom of 9 inch pie pan.
- Layer the remaining ingredients over cream cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or over toasted baguette slices.
