Ingredients

9 slices bread, buttered and cubed

8 oz cheddar cheese

1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled (sausage or ham can also be used)

6 eggs, beaten

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

chopped onions and peppers
Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray 9 X 13 pan.

Butter and cube bread. Cook and crumble bacon.

Beat eggs. Add milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper to bowl.

Put bread cubes in bottom of sprayed pan. Add bacon, chopped peppers and onions and finally cheese over top.

Pour egg and milk mixture over top.

Cover dish and refrigerate overnight.

Bake for 35- 45 minutes.
