- 16 oz Dried Elbow Macaroni
- 1-1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 lb American Cheese
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 2 oz (1/2 cup) Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 20 Ritz Crackers, Crushed

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In large pot, cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. Return to pot.
- Add milk, melted butter, pepper, and salt. Stir in cheeses. Transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir mixture. Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
- Bake 5 more minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
