Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 boxed brownie mix
  • ingredients for brownies from box
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • chocolate chips
  • peanut butter chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 12 cup cupcake pan or a mini muffin pan.
  3. Prepare brownie mix as directed on box.
  4. Spoon the brownie mix evenly into pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Bake longer if needed.
  5. Cool for a few minutes. Then use the back of a spoon or thumb to create an indentation in the center of the brownies.
  6. Melt peanut butter in the microwave for 30 secs . Stir until smooth.
  7. Spoon a small amount of peanut butter into each indentation.
  8. Top with both chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  9. Cool in pan. Remove to a wire rack to harden.
