Ingredients
- 1 lb burger
- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1/2 cup water
- minced onion
- spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine the burger, rice, water and minced onion.
- In a large skillet, brown the meatballs.
- Place the browned meatballs in a pan. Cover with spaghetti sauce.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
