Rice Krispies Treat

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 package 10 oz large marshmallows or 5 1/2 c mini marshmallows
  • 6 cup Rice Krispies cereal

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Spray spatula with cooking spray before mixing. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Add Rice Krispies. Stir until well coated.
  4. Spray a 9 X 13 pan. Using sprayed spatula or wax paper, press mixture into the pan. Let cool before cutting.
  5. Toppings: Add chocolate chips on top after it cools a little or they will melt. Cookies and Cream- add 3/4 c crushed oreos. White or milk choc drizzle- Melt the milk or white chocolate. Drizzle over top. Add sprinkles.
