Easy Potatoes


Ingredients

  • 2- 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1- pint sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup grated or shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced onions
  • 1- 30 oz package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • herbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and onion in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in hash browns until well combine.
  4. Pour into a 9 X 13 dish. Sprinkle with potato chips.
  5. Bake uncovered in oven until cheese is melted and the top is crisp, about 45 minutes.
