Ingredients
- 5 lb Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Toasted Slices of Bread, diced
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 4 Celery Stalks, diced
- parsley
- milk
Directions
- Saute onions & celery until slightly brown.
- Cook potatoes & mash as mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, milk, & butter.
- Add onions, celery, eggs, toast, & parsley. Add more milk if too thick. Taste. Add more salt if needed.
- Bake 350 for over an hour.
- GET JAR OF GRAVY.
