Ingredients

  • 5 lb Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 Toasted Slices of Bread, diced
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 4 Celery Stalks, diced
  • parsley
  • milk

Directions

  1. Saute onions & celery until slightly brown.
  2. Cook potatoes & mash as mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, milk, & butter.
  3. Add onions, celery, eggs, toast, & parsley. Add more milk if too thick. Taste. Add more salt if needed.
  4. Bake 350 for over an hour.
  5. GET JAR OF GRAVY.
