- pie crust mix (Jiffy)
- 2 large potatoes
- corn
- 7 hard boiled eggs
- butter
- milk
- salt and pepper

Directions
- Mix and roll out pie crust.
- Dice & cook potatoes.
- Using mom's smaller casserole, place part of the crust around sides of casserole. Layer potatoes, corn & eggs.
- Put butter & milk on top.
- Using remaining rolled crust, lay over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
