Apple Crisp (Sharon)


Ingredients

  • 5 cup apples, peeled and sliced
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened and sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray an 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 pan.
  3. Lay apples in pan.
  4. Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, and softened, sliced butter. Mix together to make crumbs. Layer over apples.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
