4 fish fillets (haddock, flounder, talapia)

1/4 cup melted butter

1 cup panko bread crumbs

2/3 cup Parmesan cheese

sour cream
-
herbs
Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Put foil in 9 X 13 baking dish. Spray foil.

Mix panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese and herbs.

Put fish in baking dish. Pour melted butter over fish and top with sour cream.

Cover with panko crumbs.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
