Baked Oatmeal (Linda Pepley)


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 T + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 7 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cup fruit
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 8- 9 small pans.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Mix topping. Sprinkle crumbs over the loaves.
  5. Bake 30- 35 minutes.
