Russian Chicken (Betsy)


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 Russian (or Catalina) salad dressing
  • 1 small jar apricot preserves
  • 8 chicken breasts, cut into pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Marinade chicken overnight. (Can skip this step to save time.)
  3. Bake for 2 hours uncovered.
  4. If using crockpot, thin chicken breasts from Costco take about 5 hours on low.
