Ingredients

12 oz box of large shells or 1 box GF manicotti

32 oz ricotta cheese

2 cup (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 eggs
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley

3/4 tsp oregano
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp pepper

1 26 oz jar pasta sauce
Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

In large bowl, stir together cheeses, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.

In a 9X13 baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of pasta sauce.

Fill each cooked shell with about 2 T cheese mixture.

Place shells in dish. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil.

Bake for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
