Stuffed Shells


Ingredients

  • 12 oz box of large shells or 1 box GF manicotti
  • 32 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cup (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 26 oz jar pasta sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  3. In large bowl, stir together cheeses, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. In a 9X13 baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of pasta sauce.
  5. Fill each cooked shell with about 2 T cheese mixture.
  6. Place shells in dish. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
