Ingredients

12 eggs

1/2 cup mayo and Miracle Whip- add more as needed for creamy consistency

1 tbsp parsley flakes
-
1 tsp white vinegar
-
1 tsp yellow mustard
-
1/8 tsp onion powder
-
pinch salt and pepper
-
paprika for garnish

EASTER EGGS:

10 drops red food coloring
-
10 drops blue food coloring
-
10 drops green food coloring
Directions

Cook the eggs by placing them in a medium sized pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil.

Boil eggs for 10 min.

Remove from heat. Drain. Put in cold water.

When eggs are cool, slice in half. Remove yolks. Mix yolks.

Add all ingredients to yolks and mix until there are no lumps.

Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.

Sprinkle with paprika.

EASTER EGGS:

Cut eggs in half.

Place red, blue and green food coloring into 3 different bowls. Add 1 cup water to each bowl. Stir.

Steep 4 egg whites in each bowl. If color is too pale, add more coloring to bowls. Drain colored eggs on paper towels.

Follow above directions for the yolk filling.
