2- 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup

1- pint sour cream

1 1/2 cup grated or shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup minced onions

1- 30 oz package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and onion in a large bowl.

Mix in hash browns until well combine.

Pour into a 9 X 13 dish. Sprinkle with potato chips.

Bake uncovered in oven until cheese is melted and the top is crisp, about 45 minutes.
