Eclair Dessert (Audrey Brandt)


Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes of french vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • TOPPING:
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Karo syrup
  • 2 tbsp soft butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cup 10x sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare 24 hours before serving!
  2. Mix pudding with milk. Beat until smooth. Add Cool Whip and mix until smooth.
  3. Mix cocoa, oil, Karo syrup, soft butter, vanilla, milk and 10x sugar.
  4. LAYERS:
  5. 1- 8 graham crackers
  6. 2- 1/2 of the pudding
  7. 3- 8 graham crackers
  8. 4- 1/2 of the pudding
  9. 5- 8 graham crackers
  10. Pour chocolate topping over top.
  11. Refrigerate 24 hours.
