Five Layer Italian Dip


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Spread on bottom of 9 inch pie pan.
  3. Layer the remaining ingredients over cream cheese.
  4. Bake 15 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or over toasted baguette slices.
