Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes


Ingredients

  • 3 lb red potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray foil on baking sheet.
  2. Place potatoes in bowl with olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil and parmesan.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 25- 30 min.
  5. Stir in butter until melted. Serve immediately.
