Guacamole


Ingredients

  • 3 avocados- peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Cover and push plastic wrap directly on top of guacamole to keep from getting brown.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
