Corn Chowder (Karen)


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bacon, crumbled
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 4 Cans Creamed Corn
  • 3 Cans Whole Kernel Corn, Drained (Delmonte White and Gold Corn)
  • 2 Cans Cream of Potato Soup
  • 3 Diced and Cooked Potatoes
  • 1 Quart Half and Half
  • CUT RECIPE IN HALF FOR 2 PEOPLE

Directions

  1. Cook bacon and dice.
  2. Peel, dice and cook potatoes.
  3. Dice onion and fry in butter until soft.
  4. Add everything together and cook on LOW on stove for awhile so all flavors can mix together.
  5. Makes a full blue pot. Half the recipe is good for 2 people.
  6. Doesn't freeze well. Don't use crockpot.
