Peanut Butter Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Mix together peanut butter, sugar and egg.
  3. Roll dough into 24 balls. Place them 4 inches apart on ungreased cookies sheets. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork.
  4. Bake in oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Do not overbake.
  5. Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
