Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Mix together peanut butter, sugar and egg.
- Roll dough into 24 balls. Place them 4 inches apart on ungreased cookies sheets. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork.
- Bake in oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Do not overbake.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
