Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 lb 10 x sugar
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 bags of both Ghirardelli milk and dark chocolate melting wafers
Directions
- Mix together margarine, cream cheese, salt and vanilla.
- Add 10x sugar and peanut butter. Mix well.
- Roll into balls or egg shapes.
- In double boiler, melt chocolate. Dip peanut butter balls or eggs in chocolate. Place on wax paper. Chill until set.
