Peanut Butter Eggs (Coletta)


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 lb 10 x sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 bags of both Ghirardelli milk and dark chocolate melting wafers

Directions

  1. Mix together margarine, cream cheese, salt and vanilla.
  2. Add 10x sugar and peanut butter. Mix well.
  3. Roll into balls or egg shapes.
  4. In double boiler, melt chocolate. Dip peanut butter balls or eggs in chocolate. Place on wax paper. Chill until set.
