Ingredients
- 2 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1.2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400.
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip wedges with tongs. Cook for 5 more minutes.
- Repeat with other potatoes.
