1 lb fresh asparagus, tough ends trimmed

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder, or to taste

1 tsp sea salt

olive oil cooking spray
Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray the inside of a foil lined 9 X 13" baking dish or cookie sheet.

Place asparagus in dish. Lightly spray spears with cooking spray.

Sprinkle asparagus with Parmesan cheese, sea salt and garlic powder.

Roast in oven until fork easily punctures the thickest part of the stem, about 12 minutes.
