Russian Chicken


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg onion soup
  • 1 bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 small jar apricot preserves
  • 8 chicken breasts (cut in half)

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken overnight.
  2. Bake at 325 for 2 hours uncovered. Can also cook in crockpot on low. If cooking chicken cut into smaller pieces, use less time in crock pot.
