Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Topping- sugar and sliced strawberries
Directions
- Heat oven to 425.
- In large bowl, mix sliced strawberries and sugar and set aside.
- Stir Bisquick, milk, sugar, and butter until soft dough forms.
- Pour mix in 8 X 8 container or drop dough into individual shortcakes.
- Bake 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Clean and slice strawberries.
- Mix strawberries with sugar. Let sit until juicy.
