Ingredients

1 lb Burger, cooked

2- 15 oz Cans black beans, drained and rinsed

28 oz Can diced tomatoes

28 oz Water

1-1/2 cup Onion, chopped

4 tbsp Chili powder

1 tbsp Dark chocolate cocoa powder

1 Red pepper, diced

2 Medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled or 1 -2 bags cut potatoes (steamed)

Sour cream to garnish bowls
Directions

Add first 8 ingredients to large saucepan. Heat on medium high until reaching a boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Add precooked sweet potatoes, cut in 1/2 to 1 inch chunks. Reduce heat to low and cook for additional 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with sour cream and cilantro.
