Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients

  • 16 oz Dried Elbow Macaroni
  • 1-1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 lb American Cheese
  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 oz (1/2 cup) Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 20 Ritz Crackers, Crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In large pot, cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. Return to pot.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, pepper, and salt. Stir in cheeses. Transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole.
  4. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir mixture. Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
  5. Bake 5 more minutes.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
